Jeni Al Bahrani, called Mrs. A by her students, is the inaugural Director of the Zembrodt Center for Entrepreneurship and Innovation and professor of practice at Thomas More University. She is the founder of the Luas Group, a boutique consulting and investment company focused on consulting and coaching services for entrepreneurs, small businesses, and entrepreneurship outreach programs. She is also an advocate for empowering people to create their own lane of opportunity through increasing access to entrepreneurship. She earned her undergrad at Thomas More University and completed her master’s in entrepreneurship and innovation from Trinity College Dublin, Ireland where she focused on a global perspective of entrepreneurship eco-systems, the entrepreneurship and innovation process, and building entrepreneurial programs. She is continuing her education as a student in the Northern Kentucky University's Doctorate of Educational Leadership program. Al Bahrani has this to say about her passion for innovation, “Entrepreneurship allows you to create your own lane of opportunity and one of my goals is to encourage students in any major to discover and pursue their passion and learn to create a life doing what you love. The Zembrodt Center for Entrepreneurship and Innovation serves the entire campus as a hub for entrepreneurial thinking, innovation, and venture creation.
