Daniel Kustelski is a sports & gaming executive with over 20 years of senior level experience. His operational experience spans 2 continents in Africa and NA. He is currently the founder of Chalkline, an award-winning fan engagement platform that works with Team, Leagues, Casinos, Tracks, Media and Brands to engage with fans through his proprietary gamification marketing platform.
He served as COO of US-based Horse Racing ADW WatchandWager.com for 2 years in Lexington, KY. While living in Africa for 14 years, he earned his MBA from Wits Business School after which he ran Business Development in Octagon International's Johannesburg office leading up to the 2010 World Cup in South Africa. He transitioned into sports betting after Sports Marketing and sold his sportsbook to a casino group, Sun International, and was the GM of Betting for the next 2 years. After graduation from high school, Dan attended West Point and was an Engineer Officer for 5 years. He was stationed in Ft. Hood, Ft. Stewart and Tusla Bosnia.
