Phil Holoubek is president and CEO of Lexington’s Real Estate Company (LRC). His real estate company is actively involved in the transformation of downtown Lexington. Two of LRC’s projects, the Nunn Building lofts, and Main & Rose, have added well over 100 loft condo units to downtown Lexington, adding life and vibrancy to this long neglected urban core. Additionally, his Main & Rose mixed use project has added more than 25,000 square feet of convenience oriented retail, and over 100 retail parking spaces. Since moving to Lexington in 2000, Phil has been actively involved in a variety of civic organizations and ventures aimed at improving quality of life for Lexington’s existing young professionals, as well as recruiting knowledge based young professionals from other cities. Phil is the founder of a civic organization known as LYPA (Lexington Young Professional’s Association), and has served on the boards of the Lexington Center, Urban League, Bluegrass Community Foundation, Knight Foundation, Downtown Lexington Corporation, Big Brothers Big Sisters, and other local organizations.
