Wolford began his career as a CPA with Ernst and Ernst, started his healthcare career as CFO of a multi-hospital system, served as CEO of three large hospital systems: Legacy Healthcare System in Portland, Ore.; Norton Healthcare System in Louisville, Ky.; and California Healthcare System in San Francisco, Chairman and CEO of Sterling Diagnostic Imaging, a worldwide manufacturer of X-ray film and medical imaging systems, interim CFO of Coram Healthcare (NYSE) to execute a restructuring, Executive Chairman of Provation Medical, a medical software developer in Minneapolis, Chairman and CEO of ForHealth Technologies, a venture backed startup developing a robot for automating the preparation of small volume injectable medications, and CEO of Gordian Health Solutions (now OnLife Health) a wellness company based in Nashville, TN and Executive Vice President of Blue Cross Tennessee.
