Previously, Sean O’Leary is Associate Vice President, Kentucky Enterprise Fund, at the Kentucky Science & Technology Corporation (KSTC). Sean joined KSTC in February 2008. Sean was an Associate with MASA Life Science Ventures Fund (MLSV), where he specialized in investments in new biotechnologies, pharmaceuticals, and medical devices. Sean currently serves as an Advisor the MLSV. Sean joined MLSV from the U.S. Civilian Research and Development Foundation , where he developed and managed a grants program to provide funding to Russian technology start-ups and to support the development of strategic partnerships for these companies in the U.S. He holds an M.A. in International Relations and Economics from the Patterson School of Diplomacy at the University of Kentucky and he received a B.A. in History from Centre College in Kentucky.
