Will Montague is a solo practitioner in Lexington with a long history representing businesses and individuals in virtually all areas of intellectual property law, computer and internet law, privacy and data security, and general business and contract matters. Before forming Montague Law PLLC at the beginning of 2011, Will was a partner in the Lexington offices of Dinsmore & Shohl (2005-2010) and Stoll, Keenon & Park (1993-2005), where he chaired the firm’s seven-lawyer Intellectual Property & Technology Department.
