Amy Tilley is the Founder of SweatXfitness. She is a Kentucky native and entrepreneur, as well as a University of Kentucky alum and graduate in Finance from the Gatton College of Business and Economics, Class of 2007. She has spent over 15 years working at the University of Kentucky in the Women's basketball program and has a passion for coaching, fitness, and wellness.
Amy's Startup: SweatXfitness is a cutting-edge fitness startup dedicated to revolutionizing the way individuals and families approach physical wellness. Our mission is to empower people of all ages and fitness levels to achieve their health goals through personalized training, innovative programs, and a supportive community. By integrating both in-person and online training options,
SweatXfitness aims to make high-quality fitness accessible, flexible, and engaging. Our goal is to also provide supplemental programming that complements CrossFit workouts, provides health and wellness opportunities to kids in after school programs and college campuses.
Our training and programming emphasis four key areas: mobility, cardio, strength and core. By incorporating these four key areas into fitness routine, our goal is that our athletes see improved overall HRV, mental health and wellness and sleep performance.
Core Offerings:
1. Personal Training for Adults and Kids:
- Private Training Sessions: Our one-on-one personal training sessions cater to individuals who may feel intimidated by group fitness settings. We provide a safe, private environment where clients can build confidence, learn proper techniques, and achieve their fitness goals under the guidance of certified trainers.
- Family Training: Recognizing the importance of family time, we offer unique family training sessions where parents and children can work out together. These sessions are designed to foster a healthy lifestyle and strengthen family bonds, all while having fun.
2. Online Supplemental Programming:
- Customized Programs: SweatXfitness offers online supplemental programming tailored to individual needs. These programs are designed to complement existing workout routines and focus on specific areas such as cardio, strength, or core development.
- Flexible Durations: Our programs range from 4 to 8 weeks, providing weekly workouts that clients can complete at their convenience. This flexibility ensures that everyone, regardless of their schedule, can stay committed to their fitness journey.
3. Strength and Conditioning for Aspiring Athletes:
Athlete Development: We offer specialized strength and conditioning programs for young athletes aiming to enhance their performance. Our one-on-one sessions, available in 30 or 60-minute durations, focus on building the skills and strength necessary for athletic success.
SweatXfitness is more than just a fitness company; it's a movement towards a healthier, more connected way of life. By providing personalized training, flexible online programs, and a supportive community, we are transforming the fitness journey for individuals and families alike.
Our end goal will be to develop a fitness program that is a franchise opportunity (specifically focusing on being located on/near college campuses), after-school fitness programming for YMCAs to serve underserved communities and local schools, and for CrossFit gyms.
