Hannah Farley is an Organizational Development and Change Management Professional with diverse industry experience in large-and small-scale transformation, including technology implementation, strategic organizational design, leadership development, and business process management. She is dedicated to developing change competency and helping organizations achieve the full intent of their most important initiatives.
Hannah has a M.S. in HR and Organizational Development from the University of Louisville and a B.S. in Psychology from Eastern Kentucky University. She also studied Manufacturing Engineering at Western Kentucky University and is a Lean Practitioner.
