Women's Business Center of Kentucky and Women Leading Kentucky Present Emerging Entrepreneurs Pitch Competition: A Night of Connection, Inspiration & Bold Beginnings

Are you an emerging entrepreneur ready to take your business to the next level? Women Leading Kentucky and the Women’s Business Center of Kentucky invite you to apply for the opportunity to be a Pitch Finalist at our exclusive business pitch event!

This event is designed to showcase and empower Kentucky’s rising entrepreneurs by providing a platform to present their business ideas to a panel of expert judges, gain valuable feedback, and compete for funding and resources to fuel their growth.

Who is Pitching?
Early-stage entrepreneurs and small business owners with innovative ideas, strong potential for impact, and a clear vision for growth. Whether you’re launching a startup or scaling a young business, this is your chance to gain exposure, connect with key industry leaders, and access vital business support.

  • Pitching to a live audience and panel of judges
  • Gaining valuable feedback from industry professionals
  • Competing for cash prizes and packages to support your business growth
  • Connecting with mentors, investors, and fellow entrepreneurs

Finalists will be selected based on innovation, business potential, and overall pitch quality. 

Kentucky Representation

To be eligible for the Pitch Competition, startups had to meet the criteria below:

  • Based in one of the 120 counties in Kentucky
  • Start-up status: A Startup is defined as a concept or existing business financed by its founders that is attempting to attract outside investment.
  • If you have an existing business, it cannot be more than three years old.
  • Your pitch/business must have a product or service that has or has the potential to be sold online.
